Data location

All our servers where your data is stored are located within the European Union. In very exceptional circumstances, some of our providers whose main headquarters are located in a third country outside the European Union may transfer your data to that country. In such cases, we ensure in advance that they comply with their obligations regarding the protection of our users' data, and we implement transfer tools such as standard contractual clauses to ensure equivalent protection of your personal data to that offered within the European Union.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to ask MW to restrict the processing of your data in the following cases:

Management of your data after death

In France, under Article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act, you may give instructions regarding the retention, erasure and communication of your data after your death.
